Scripture: Genesis 26:28-31

In 1 Corinthians 11, the cutting of every covenant ended with a celebration or a covenant meal.  That celebration and covenant meal was a rejoicing in the doubling of assets and the gaining of a new partner for war and all the health that became available as one’s life expanded in a variety of ways.  In the New Covenant in 1 Corinthians 11 we find that communion is our covenant meal celebration for step number seven.  If we are renewing the covenant we should decide to go and celebrate in some way once we’ve completed that process with the Lord.  Covenants should include a celebration however small or great and always one of our choosing.   It is highly recommended and a very important part of the process.
