Scripture: Galatians 3:26-29

The very same chapter in the last four verses says, “For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. And if you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.”  If we are Abraham’s seed, then we are heirs according to the promise, meaning that all the promises of the Abrahamic covenant are for us.  That includes the judicial side of that covenant.  The redemptive side of that covenant where God redeems us from the curse of disobedience takes us all the way back to the three elements of the law that Christ kept and which none of us can in the natural.  All the judicial promises are kept intact and continue to today.  The New Covenant is a better covenant with better promises because the indwelling Spirit enables us keep God’s Word.
