Scripture: Psalm 59

A real good test as to whether we have developed into the David-like heart or still have some Saul-like tendencies is whether or not we can pray Psalm 59. If we can pray Psalms 59 over leaders and others as led by the Holy Spirit in this season, then we are moving in the right direction. When in war, ask God to remove the enemy. The chances are we are pretty close to David. If we have a real problem with praying Psalm 59 and plugging names in it, then we still have a ways to go because we are probably trying to save people that God wants to remove. Let Psalm 59 be a spiritual yardstick.
