Scripture: John 14:30-31

John 14:30-31 says, “I will no longer talk much with you, for the ruler of this world is coming, and he has nothing in Me. But that the world may know that I love the Father, and as the Father gave Me commandment, so I do. Arise, let us go from here.” It is obvious in this passage that Jesus is talking about the enemy coming – the ruler of this world. But, he has nothing in me. And because He allowed the enemy to bring the full measure of wrath on Himself as an innocent man, Justice demands total victory. He bought and purchased our salvation and our total freedom. It is time to walk in the fullness of what Jesus bought and paid for. It belongs to us and it is time to posses it. Wherever the enemy has nothing in us is the place we can call down the fire.
