Scripture: Romans 13:4

Romans 13:4 makes it very clear that as a spiritual ruler, we have a job to do. Verse 4 says, “Certainly not! Indeed, let God be true but every man a liar. As it is written: ‘That You may be justified in Your words, And may overcome when You are judged.’” Our job is to bring the sword. God will demonstrate His wrath against evil. We participate as we pray by moving God’s Hand. How long will we say ‘No’ to that proposition? God is ready! He is recruiting. He is encouraging. But the church continues to sit on the sidelines. It is time for the judicial Christ to rise! Bearing the sword is a biblical responsibility. It is time we said yes!
