Scripture: Romans 8:27-30

Romans 8:27-30 tells us that we know “ …all things work together for good for those who love God and are called according to His purpose.” Verses 29 and 30 state, “For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren. Moreover whom He predestined, these He also called; whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified.” Jesus learned obedience through the things He suffered. In this process God tells us that He foreknew our response and He predestined us to be conformed to the image of His Son and walked us through what was necessary to get us there. God knows the preparational price tag and He is sure before we walk it, before He ever called us that we have what it takes to complete the mission!
