Scripture: Exodus 4:22,23

Exodus 4:22,23 says, “Then you shall say to Pharaoh, ‘Thus says the Lord: “Israel is My son, My firstborn. So I say to you, let My son go that he may serve Me. But if you refuse to let him go, indeed I will kill your son, your firstborn.”’” Moses, because he was willing to lose his life, suddenly found himself in the middle of representing the Judicial Christ. That included going to the Pharaoh who was worshipped by the majority of Egyptians, and telling him that the Judge of all the earth had weighed him in the balance and decided to take his kingdom. Would anyone relish that assignment? In those days Pharaoh could have anyone killed instantly. Moses’ life was constantly in danger!
