AB 394 pushes schools to distribute material to teachers, students, and parents which promotes transsexuality, bisexuality, and homosexuality. This is all done under the guise of "anti-harassment" training, and affects children as young as kindergarten. Under AB 394, family values expressed by teachers and students could be labeled as "harassment."
