October 2006 Outcry

Jesus makes the rules of engagement very clear.  The Witnesses are not confused.  For all who want to harm them die by verbal napalm, without the “Geneva Convention,” “due process” or any other manufactured safeguard! When will we accept the Jesus who generates instant barbecue – at least He thinks straight!  His divine decree is so simple: all who want to harm them – must die by napalm.  For the viewers who don’t believe in Hell, the fire must generate an instant visual example of what waits for them.

Jesus does not seem politically correct.  What else does He do?  Revelation 11:6 says,

These have power to shut heaven, so that no rain falls in the days of their prophecy; and they have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to strike the earth with all plagues, as often as they desire.

The ability to shut heaven so no rain falls is the ability to starve entire regions and nations!  Every plague that Moses released on Egypt will be possible.  They may see turning water to blood, generating frogs, lice, boils, selectively, individually and corporately.

The Jesus of the Bible is not only the Savior but also the Judge of all the earth.  As we move closer to the Second Coming when “every knee will bow”,  the ministry which seems to dominate is “Jesus the Judge.”  Can we represent Him?

As a believer, do you feel adequately prepared to represent Jesus the Judge?  “All the days of Samuel, the hand of the Lord was against the Philistines,” but the question for us, whether we feel qualified or not, is can we move God’s hand?  The Witnesses will move God’s hand dramatically, but why can’t we?  We can and should if we want a harvest.  The God of the Prophets is ready to move in behalf of the Church!

It is time for the church to be the CHURCH !
