THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 17
Scripture: Matthew 10:23

Jesus made it clear that when persecution came, they were simply to move onto the next city. Matthew 10:23 says, “When they persecute you in this city, flee to another. For assuredly, I say to you, you will not have gone through the cities of Israel before the Son of Man comes. ” The disciples had a mission and that mission was the harvest field. When they told people what the price was, persecution was coming and they might have to move onto the next city. Are we preparing our young people for that? Are we actually preparing them to stand in the face of persecution and bring the hand of the judicial Christ? if we are not, then we will give an account to God for our disobedience.
