SATURDAY, AUGUST 16
Scripture: Exodus 10:21-23

Exodus 10:21-23 says, “Then the Lord said to Moses, ‘Stretch out your hand toward heaven, that there may be darkness over the land of Egypt, darkness which may even be felt.’ So Moses stretched out his hand toward heaven, and there was thick darkness in all the land of Egypt three days. They did not see one another; nor did anyone rise from his place for three days. But all the children of Israel had light in their dwellings.” The darkness was so thick in the land of Egypt, that nobody even got up for three days. What is amazing is, the children of Israel had light in their dwellings. Darkness did the trick. Darkness was a physical manifestation of the spiritual disease that inflicted Egypt – it was so thick that no one moved. God was determined to show the difference between Egypt and Goshen. Isn’t God determined to show the difference between the church and those who are afflicting it? Isn’t it time that we demonstrated a difference between those who trust God and those who hate Him? God will not be slack but He will repay those who hate Him to their face. What shall we say? Are we really ready to represent the Lord in the last days? I do not see how we can bring in a harvest of nations without representing the Judicial Christ. It is time that we know Him and it is time that we seek Him for the fullness of Who He is.
