Scripture: Isaiah 55:10,11

The ways of God that are higher than ours and declaring His Word releases faith. As we put God’s Word in our mouth and declare it, the Bible says that it shall not return to Him void but it shall certainly accomplish what He pleases and it will bear fruit and prosper in the thing for which He sent it. Declaring God’s Word, His covenant promises was one of the primary ways that David walked with God and accomplished His will. He and God’s people worshipped and praised God, and they spent time declaring His Word. They were declaring God’s Word for a reason. God’s will is God’s Word and His Word is His will. When we declare God’s Word we are in agreement with God’s will. We are in agreement with Him by declaring what He has already spoken will come to pass. When we speak God’s Word we are lining ourselves up with His divine purposes and speaking them into existence. By doing this, we move into God’s realm and become active participants in warring in behalf of righteousness, truth and a mighty harvest.
