Scripture: Hebrews 11:24-26

Hebrews 11:24-26 says, “By faith Moses, when he became of age, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh’s daughter, choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God than to enjoy the passing pleasures of sin, esteeming the reproach of Christ greater riches than the treasures in[a] Egypt; for he looked to the reward.” Moses made a very costly choice when he said no to Egypt and yes to God. Initially that choice brought him affliction, reproach and loss of wealth and treasure. But 40 years later, the very spoils of Egypt he gave up, he brought out and dispersed among all the people. Faith ultimately gave back everything Moses gave up and you and I should have that expectation. Faith will gain back what the enemy has taken.
