SUNDAY, JULY 31
Scripture: Ezekiel 13:14-16

Verses 14-16 says, “So I will break down the wall you have plastered with untempered mortar, and bring it down to the ground, so that its foundation will be uncovered; it will fall, and you shall be consumed in the midst of it. Then you shall know that I am the Lord. Thus will I accomplish My wrath on the wall and on those who have plastered it with untempered mortar; and I will say to you, ‘The wall is no more, nor those who plastered it, that is, the prophets of Israel who prophesy concerning Jerusalem, and who see visions of peace for her when there is no peace.’” God says He is coming first to the church and He is going to deal with the untempered mortar that was on the wall and those that plastered it. Verse 15 says, “Thus will I accomplish My wrath on the wall and on those who have plastered it with untempered mortar; and I will say to you, ‘The wall is no more, nor those who plastered it,…’” God is talking about the House of the Lord. He is saying that judgment begins in the House of God. Because it begins at the House of God, that is where we are going to see it first. Judgment is going to start in ministries. And then it is going through the church and then to the world. When the major judgments come, they will take away the ungodly because the Lord has already dealt with His church. We are about to see the judgment of God in the House of the Lord. The time for vigilance and preparation is now!
