Scripture: James 5:11-12

James 5:11-12 says, “Indeed we count them blessed who endure. You have heard of the perseverance of Job and seen the end intended by the Lord—that the Lord is very compassionate and merciful. But above all, my brethren, do not swear, either by heaven or by earth or with any other oath. But let your ‘Yes’ be ‘Yes,’ and your ‘No,’ ‘No,’ lest you fall into judgment.” If we are going to pray judicially that gold and silver eat people’s flesh like fire, we have to be clean in every dimension ourselves. That means we have to watch our words, we have to watch who we judge, we have to forgive and we have to make sure we have integrity in every dimension. If there was ever a time to clean up our act and pursue Godly-character, it is now because we need to qualify to pray provision for the great end-time harvest of nations. The harvest-time is here, but we do not have the provision yet. I suspect it is because we are still trying to qualify to pray James 5:3. Let us prepare to qualify now, in Jesus’ name!
