Scripture: Judges 6:21-27

The Lord instructed Gideon exactly what to do. He had to go and build an altar and declare his God on it, sacrifice a young bull and cut down the perverse image at the altar. So Gideon, by faith took ten men and went and did exactly what God called him to do. This created a giant stir in the whole village. God asked Gideon to use his faith and provoke war with the Midianites, which Gideon did. One step at a time, God was bringing him into a confrontation with the enemy. Would we be willing to answer God’s call if it brought us into confrontation with the powers that be? If we are going to walk by faith in the last days, we are going to have to!
