WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 3
Scripture: Colossians 1:19-22

Colossians 1:19-22 says, “For it pleased the Father that in Him all the fullness should dwell, and by Him to reconcile all things to Himself, by Him, whether things on earth or things in heaven, having made peace through the blood of His cross. And you, who once were alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now He has reconciled in the body of His flesh through death, to present you holy, and blameless/am-o-mas and above reproach in His sight.” Without reproach is the kata-krima element. There are no judgments tolerated against us. Once we embrace our blamelessness, we are empowered to cast down imaginations and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God! Our job is to cast them down! Getting ahold of this and really believing it will probably be a process. But taking the Word, taking the truth and declaring it every single day is an important first step. God’s truth applied to our heart brings freedom. John 8:32 says, “And you shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free.” Spiritual truth often becomes personal reality as we choose to believe it and continue walking as if it were so, expecting God to make it real!
