Scripture: Matthew 10:38-40

Matthew 10:38-40 says, “And he who does not take his cross and follow after Me is not worthy of Me. He who finds his life will lose it, and he who loses his life for My sake will find it. He who receives you receives Me, and he who receives Me receives Him who sent Me.” In order to really find our life with God in the last days we have to be willing to lose it. We have to be willing to face the council, the sword, persecution and a steady stream of cultural adversity from those who choose darkness and death. The Bible says we will experience great hatred from all those who chose a lifestyle of lies, deception, manipulation and those who stubbornly and arrogantly are given over to the prince of darkness. In the book of Revelation God kills more than He saves! Can we grow to represent Him as His agents of glory?
