Scripture: Ezekiel 7:19

Ezekiel 7:19 says, “They will throw their silver into the streets, And their gold will be like refuse; Their silver and their gold will not be able to deliver them in the day of the wrath of the Lord; They will not satisfy their souls, Nor fill their stomachs, Because it became their stumbling block of iniquity.” I actually had an experience in a church where I watched God execute Ezekiel 7:19 after I ministered on it. He ripped a one inch wide spangle bracelet off the pastor’s wife as she walked up to the pulpit to deliver a word. And it made about three rotations and landed right at the first step on the altar. The Lord said, “I just gave them a picture of what I will do for them if they will come forward. I will deliver them from a spirit of mammon.” Not one person came forward. I was stunned in that church on the hold the spirit of mammon had on those people. I couldn’t believe it. And yet it happened to me and I had no choice but to believe it. Qualifying in this season is no small task!
