Scripture: Revelation 2:21,22

Revelation 2:21,22 state, “And I gave her time to repent of her sexual immorality, and she did not repent. Indeed I will cast her into a sickbed, and those who commit adultery with her into great tribulation, unless they repent of their deeds.” Is Jesus giving our liberal church leaders who are ordaining homosexual priests, time to repent? What will happen if they do not? Two things Jesus said will happen – first, they are headed for a sickbed and second, they will receive great tribulation – not minor, not moderate but great! Jesus has levels of judgment. These levels appear in the New Testament. What happened to grace? The grace that is operational is that He gave them time to repent. He gave them space. But when time runs out without repentance, Level One unfolds – the sickbed. Level Two follows – great tribulation. I suspect there may yet be another level. I wonder if there is a Level Three and if it is reserved for vile sin.
