MONDAY, APRIL 15
Scripture: Exodus 23:20-23

God told the Israelites in verses 20-23, “Behold, I send an Angel before you to keep you in the way and to bring you into the place which I have prepared. Beware of Him and obey His voice; do not provoke Him, for He will not pardon your transgressions; for My name is in Him. But if you indeed obey His voice and do all that I speak, then I will be an enemy to your enemies and an adversary to your adversaries. For My Angel will go before you and bring you in to the Amorites and the Hittites and the Perizzites and the Canaanites and the Hivites and the Jebusites; and I will cut them off.” When the Lord says, “For My Angel will go before you and bring you in to the Amorites and the Hittites and the Perizzites and the Canaanites and the Hivites and the Jebusites; and I will cut them off…” that is the judicial Christ in action. He is saying, “Whoever rises up against you to destroy your appointed harvest, I will cut them off.” If a ‘Hugo Chavez’ rises up in Central America to destroy our harvest field, can we pray the prayer of faith that will bring the rod of iron on his head and cut him off? Two years ago, the rod of iron was applied in prayer over Mr. Chavez, and look at his condition today. It is time the American church stood up in the Spirit and began to deal with the defilement among us. No American leader should hinder the church’s harvest.
