Scripture: Acts 4:29,30, Acts 5:15,16

The second thing they asked for was healing. Verse 30 says, “…by stretching out Your hand to heal,…” Acts 5:15,6 says, “…so that they brought the sick out into the streets and laid them on beds and couches, that at least the shadow of Peter passing by might fall on some of them. Also a multitude gathered from the surrounding cities to Jerusalem, bringing sick people and those who were tormented by unclean spirits, and they were all healed.” Acts 5:15,16 says that their request for an anointing to heal was answered. When the shadow of Peter passing by healed all those on whom his shadow fell, that is a healing anointing. That is spectacular, incredible, amazing! They prayed for boldness and they got it. They prayed for healing, they got it. They got an amazing manifestation of healing. Should we not expect the same results? They asked for boldness, healing and signs and wonders, and they got exactly what they prayed! Isn’t it time to match the early church?
