THURSDAY, JUNE 12
Scripture: James 5:7-9

James 5:7-9 states, “Therefore be patient, brethren, until the coming of the Lord. See how the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, waiting patiently for it until it receives the early and latter rain. You also be patient. Establish your hearts, for the coming of the Lord is at hand. Do not grumble against one another, brethren, lest you be condemned. Behold, the Judge is standing at the door!” The first thing we notice about this is we have to be patient. The reason we must be patient, is that as the world and some of the church fill the cup of iniquity, we do not get the answers to prayer we are looking for until the cup of iniquity is filled. Once it is filled, the Lord of Hosts and God of War releases an anointing to pray against hoarders. At that time, He will move against them and their wealth will be transferred. Some might read this and say, “Well, we have to wait for the Second Coming of Jesus.” But I ask, what value will money be at the Second Coming of Jesus? There will be zero value in money because no one will need it. Money will be worthless. To read these verses and decide they apply only at the Second Coming makes no sense and does not fit the passage. It does not fit the circumstances in any way, shape or form. If we are going to understand this and walk in it then we must realize that the coming of the Lord means a season where the Lord says, “The cup is full, the anointing is there! Now go after it!” The Lord will come and do it. He will tell us when to go and when to pray against. I know because I have heard those words, got that direction and prayed those prayers. I know this realm, God has led me into it, and it is real. What we have to pray is, “Father, what they have hoarded, let it witness against them. Eat their flesh like fire until their wealth is distributed to where it belongs, in Jesus’ name!” It is that simple. But the cup has to be full. People reach fullness at different rates. How can we pray for an unbeliever’s wealth to eat them like fire when we have not yet prayed for hoarders in the church? Judgment always begins in the House of God first. So we have to pray it in the House of God first. We have to hear the Spirit and obey when He leads us to pray it over believers and leaders that have hoarded before we can pray it over those in the world. But once we have done that, God will release us to go after the world’s hoarders. And God will eat their flesh like fire. That season approaches. Are we ready for it?
