Scripture: Joel 2:25-27

A double anointing will be required when the wickedness is so great that it will take the slaying of the wicked to open people’s eyes to salvation. If we find ourselves in the end-times, where it is necessary to walk in the double anointing, then we know we have to be prepared to qualify. We have to walk worthy of the calling wherewith we are called. That process, according to this passage in Joel has God taking us through four levels of devastation or destruction. We see in Joel 2 a description of layers of devastation called locusts. And at the end of that process, God restores everything. The supernatural anointing of God helps gather the harvest of our generation. Now that is the promise of the process. When we say yes to the process, we get the promise of the process. And the promise of the process is an anointing that will harvest our generation. For everyone who says yes to the process, we will get the promise of the process. And it is an anointing that will harvest our generation. The process is a devastating one. But isn’t it worth saying yes to the process?
