Scripture: Revelations 1:3-6

Revelation 1:3-6 says, “Blessed is he who reads and those who hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written in it, for the time is near. John, to the seven churches which are in Asia. Grace and peace from Him who is and who was and who is to come, and from the seven Spirits who are before His throne, and from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler over the kings of the earth. To Him who loved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood, and has made us kings and priests to His God and Father, to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.” What the Father did for the Son, the Son is doing for us. Jesus makes us a King and a Priest to Him. This means that we have an obligation to judge the way the righteous kings judge and to pray for salvation the way priests pray for salvation. That is our purpose. That is what God has for us to do, and we cannot pass it on to someone else. We are the ones who must launch out in our assigned purpose.
