Scripture: Hebrews 11:13

Hebrews 11:13 says, “These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off were assured of them, embraced them and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth.” Those mentioned in verse 13 embraced God’s transcendent life-view. They chose to use their faith to birth His Promised Land and as a result they all get to live in the New Jerusalem, receive God’s full measure of blessing and be fed God’s very best for all of eternity. ‘Feed’ God first and afterwards ‘feed’ ourselves. That is what faith does. They shared it, they walked in it and God wants us to be among them. Let us choose God’s purpose and His plan and join them, in Jesus’ name!
