Scripture: James 1:19-20

James 1:19-20 is good advice when we are having to assess how bad things are in the nation. It says, “Therefore my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak and slow to wrath; for the wrath of man does not produce the righteousness of God. “ The judgment of God produces the righteousness of God. It is obvious from looking at 5 of the 7 mountains, judgment is the only thing that can save us. Number 6 is arts and entertainment. Are the arts and entertainment in our culture in better shape now than they were 43 years ago? 43 years ago we did not have anyone in the entertainment world consistently promoting perversion and filth. Today much of Hollywood and the entertainment industry are champions for God-haters and God-mockers. Many do everything they can to spread death thru culture and politics often spouting sheer foolishness and championing destructive opinions filled with darkness. John Wayne was the face of Hollywood in 1975. How far we have fallen!
